Water Mother is a one off, hand made ceramic art doll using stoneware clay and ungerglazes. She has been left unglazed for a brilliant matt finish.
If you look closer you will see that water mother has a c-section scar.
What I love about Water Mother are her handles, these make her stand out amongst my other creations. It makes her easy to pick up and admire. Her inside is hollow so you could easily stash away little treats or any smaller objects that you want hidden beneath her.
